Unique Design was great for advising me on the best material for my double vanity sink. I choose Corian because of its durability and look. It has a very modern look, which is exactly what I was looking for. Unique Design sent me brochures to look through, to give me some idea of what the Corian would look like. It’s not the cheapest of Material but I would say for the quality it’s the best price! I was given a date for delivery and instructions on how to handle the sinks. All came on the day as promised and couldn’t be happier with my sinks!

The team did a fantastic job moulding a wrap aroundcorian kitchen worktop across our large kitchen island – it’s a lot more work & effort than I expected it would be to do. Very high quality finish, no visible joins and everything was left clean & tidy on completion.

We were looking for a large (over 2 metres) floating bathroom vanity with lots of storage. What’s more, we wanted a solid surface counter top and seamless recessed sink. After considering lots of options – such as combining 2/3 premade units, or buying from a established manufacturer, none were quite right. Having seen Simon’s ad on Ebay, I contacted him, and was immediately impressed with the response I got, both in terms of speed and clarity.
Simon provided us with a clear estimate, provided examples of previous work and discussed options with us, and although his quote was not the cheapest bespoke option, I decided that his attention to detail, care and quality of work were more than worth the difference.
Simon provided technical drawings before work began, confirmed all alterations in writing, sent updates during the manufacturing, and delivered the unit in person (and on time). We were not easy customers, and he was both helpful and clear in his responses. The unit itself is high quality, exactly as ordered and I will have no hesitation in commissioning Unique Design Ideas again, or recommending them to others.
